What we do?
We offer deal sourcing of all types based on investors preference, objectives, and risk profile: development and acquisition in multifamily, industrial, SFR, etc. Mainly Investments and co-investments as LP (some opportunities might be as co-GP), as directly as possible, ideally not via fund, dealing directly with the sponsor/developer.
As a separate and/or complementary service, we consult on legal structuring for efficient taxation for foreign investors.

On the other hand, many developers, sponsors, GP’s, managers, etc. do not have the bandwidth to connect with Latin American investors.
